If something should happen or signs of wear and tear appear, we will help to maintain the quality and durability of your clothing. Our goal is to fix any mishaps as best as possible and make your clothes look almost like new - and you can book it easily in just a few clicks.
1. Book repair
Select the service you require and tell us which item of clothing you would like to have repaired.
2. Send/Submit
Drop off your clothes at our showroom in Trier or send them to us: NNIstudio / Neustraße 86 / 54290 Trier / Germany.
Please use a secure, insured and trackable shipping service as, as you understand, we cannot accept liability for packages not received.
3. Repair
We will review your submission, check what needs to be done and repair your item of clothing as best we can.

4. Return to you
As soon as we have finished working on your garments, we will send them directly back to you.
