YOUR NNI STUDIO GARMENT LIVES WITH YOU.
Clothes made from natural materials change over time, just like you. We take these material-specific properties into account when developing our designs.
care guide
Our care guide shows you how to take the best care of your favorite pieces so that they last a long time and bring you joy time and time again. Our clothing is designed to be durable - with the right care, it will accompany you for many years.
Wash
Washing clothes less is not unhygienic, but protects your textiles, your wallet and our environment. Every wash puts strain on the fibers, so you should always wash clothes inside out and at a low spin speed. Our natural, odor-neutralizing materials make it possible to avoid some washes by airing them regularly.
detergent
When washing your clothes, choose an environmentally friendly detergent and be careful not to overdose. More detergent does not make the clothes cleaner, but it does harm the environment more. Use mild detergent for all materials, special wool detergent for wool and color detergent for colored clothes.
Dry
Do not leave wet clothes in the washing machine for too long to avoid creasing. Dry your clothes in the air, but not in direct sunlight.
If you have clothes that are prone to shrinking when washed, shape them while they are still damp and hang them up to dry. Knitted sweaters, on the other hand, should be dried flat on a terry towel to prevent them from stretching. Avoid pulling the sweater too much in length or width.
dryer
Avoid tumble drying your clothes to preserve both the look and the environment. The heat and mechanical stress can damage fabrics and shorten the life of your clothes.
Only for knitted sweaters made of cotton or linen that have lost their shape can a dryer be helpful in shrinking them a little.
Iron
We recommend steaming clothes rather than ironing them. Steaming is gentler on the fibers as it does not require the pressure of an iron. If you do have to iron, turn the garments inside out to avoid unsightly shiny spots on the outside.
pilling
Soft fabrics such as our knitted models made of merino wool tend to develop small pilling knots in areas subject to heavy wear. These can be easily removed. We accept this in order to be able to offer you "real" wool that regulates temperature and odor. Our wool is deliberately not chemically treated as this would impair its natural, excellent properties.
Repair & Care
At NNIstudio, our commitment to quality goes beyond the purchase. Although the garments are made from durable materials, wear and tear over the years is inevitable, so we offer repairs for your favorite NNIstudio pieces to maintain the longevity we promise.

KNITWEAR 100% ORGANIC COTTON
Our knitwear is made from extra-fine Egyptian organic cotton, which is grown, harvested and processed in a socially and environmentally friendly manner as part of the "Cottonforlife" initiative. MIXED FABRICS

COOLWOOL
Coolwool is a particularly light and smooth fabric that doesn't scratch. Its excellent air permeability and optimal heat exchange make it an ideal companion for the whole year. In addition, a natural protective layer ensures that the wool fibers are dirt-repellent.

– low spin speeds!
– do not machine dry
– hang to dry, shaped

JACKETS & COATS
Due to the way they are made, our jackets and coats cannot be washed in a household machine, and they don't need to be. The viscose lining, which is made of 50% bamboo fibers, ensures a comfortable feel and offers antibacterial and odor-neutralizing properties.
If necessary, we recommend professional cleaning to maintain quality.
We hope you continue to enjoy wearing your NNIstudio styles!
